Deron Erney, East Stroudsburg University Alumni and former Head Instructor of a Golf Magazine “Top 25” Golf School, enters his third golf season at the Snydersville Golf Range, Stroudsburg, PA. Deron’s background includes three years in Myrtle Beach, SC, including the opening of Wachesaw Plantation East, the host facility for the inaugural Susan G. Komen Int’l, an LPGA Tour event. Deron’s resume also includes professional employment at the TPC at Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (host of the PGA Tour’s Players Championship) and the TPC at Jasna Polana, Princeton, NJ (host facility for a Champions Tour event). Deron also was affiliated for a period spanning 7 seasons at the Allentown Golf Course, Allentown, PA as Teaching Professional and Head Professional. Prior to relocating to the Poconos, he was the Director of Instruction for two years at Olde Homestead Golf Club, New Tripoli, PA (golf digest 4 star facility). |
